Sub: Business Delegation to Myanmar, Thailand & Cambodia – Rescheduled
In continuation to our Circular Dt: 30.09.2013, we would like to thank you inform all our member companies that Council has received feedback to reschedule the delegation dates after CPHI India 2013. Based on the feedback/suggestions received fromthemembers, we are rescheduling the Delegation dates to the second week of December 2013.The proposed dates are 8th December to 18th December 2013. The tentative itinerary and the sequence of the countries is subject to confirmation from our missions in these countries, which is as follows:

In view of the above, we invite applications from our members to participate in this delegation. The BSMs/Delegation visits will be organized in selected locations in these countries. While these locations will be decided on the basis of the recommendations from our Missions abroad, we also solicit your suggestions in this regard. We also invite suggestions with regard to the specific steps or activities that we need to take to make such an activity achieve fruitful results.
Following are the points which may please be noted:

Approximate cost of the tour would be around Rs.70,000/- by Thai & Bangkok Airways and Rs.80,000/- in case of different airlines. Hotel charges would be around USD 100 to USD 150 per day on twin sharing basis.

Members whose export turnover during previous year is less than Rs.30.00 crores are eligible for MDA subject to the other guidelines of MDA scheme. In this case, 100% economy class excursion airfare will be reimbursed, subject to a maximum of Rs.0.70 lakhs per member. For more details about MDA scheme, please visit www.pharmexcil.com

Your application for MDA should reach us 15 days before departure for the delegation.
We now request the members to confirm their interest to participate in the event by sending the above requested information along with non-refundable commitment/delegation fees of Rs. 40,000/-(Rupees Forty Thousand only). This amount is refundable only if the event is cancelled/postponed due to unavoidable circumstances at the instance of our Missions/Council.
We request for an immediate response from the members since we require sufficient time to organize an event of this kind. As such, we request you to confirm your participation with the commitment fees of Rs.40,000/- and the duly filled-in delegation form not later than 30th October 2013.
