The business delegation will be visiting 4(four) countries Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia and Bulgaria for Business meetings with the local Pharma companies and Regulatory bodies.
PARTICIPATION FESS:
Rs. 1,25,000/- (Rupees one lakh twenty-five thousand only) per delegate which includes participation in BSMs, airport transfers (travelling in group and NOT individual), common interpreters wherever required and Accommodation on Twin sharing basis in all 4 countries in the hotel recommended by Embassies.
Participation fees does not includes:
•Air tickets
•Visa charges
•Lunch/dinners
•Local transfers
•Any other incidental charges
Please note that the participation fees is refundable only if the event is cancelled/postponed due to unavoidable circumstances at the instance of our Missions/ Council.
